General Safety Warnings
- This appliance can be used by children from 3 years and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Fit only shower heads recommended by the manufacturer and never fit any additional device to restrict the water outlet flow.
- The spray head of open-outlet must be descaled regularly.
- The outlet must not be connected to any tap or fitting other than those specified.
- The water heater should be fixed to its support using the accessories supplied by the manufacturer.
- Only use the new hose sets supplied by the manufacturer; old hose sets should not be reused.

Precautions & Maintenance
- Power Supply
The product uses a separate 230V, 50Hz power supply with a minimum of 25A. - Maximum Temperature
The maximum temperature of the hot water from the heater is 55°C. - Caution When Operating
When the unit is turned off and then turned on, care should be taken as some extremely hot water may still be in the lines. - Proper Earthing
The water heater should be properly earthed by a qualified electrical contractor. - Fault Reporting
In the event of a fault with the heater, contact an authorized electrical contractor. - Cleaning
- Clean the water heater with a soft cloth. Never use detergent.
- Clean the filter installed in the inlet pipe regularly to avoid blockages in the pipeline.
- Frozen Water
Do NOT turn on the power switch if the water in the tank is frozen. Damaged cables must be replaced by an authorized electrical contractor. - Water Pressure
The maximum water pressure for the unit is 0.6 MPa, and the minimum is 0.2 MPa. If the pressure range is exceeded, the unit will automatically shut down.

Installation Procedure
- The unit must only be installed by a licensed Electrical Contractor.
- An earth leakage circuit breaker with 30mA is required to install for the circuit controlling this unit.
- The electric water heater should be wall-mounted installed. Determine the right position for installation of the unit (As III). Mark & drill a couple of holes (8x25mm), insert the expansion bolt on the top keeping 6-8mm out of the wall. Mount the unit with bracket and determine the position of the hole for the expansion bolt to fix the unit, then drill the hole and fasten the bolt.
- The cold water supply to this unit must be portable & be within the guidelines of the local authority. Before switching on the power, make sure that all plumbing connections are completed, and the unit has water flowing through it.
- The unit must be properly earthed into a 25amp power circuit.
- The unit is only to be installed indoors and in a location.
- This heater should not be located where ambient air temperature drops below 5°C.
- Do NOT USE TEFLON TAPE when connecting hoses to cold and hot water inlets of the water unit.
Operation Instructions
- Before you switch on the power for the first time, make sure the unit has water.
- Switch on the power, the power indicator will light up. Regulate the unit to your desired temperature using the control knob on the cover of the unit. Hot water will flow out of the water outlet in a few seconds. Turning the water outlet valve off will stop the power and heating.
- Water temperature regulation by pressing ‘Up and Down’ button.
- This heater is not intended to be operated by children; or mentally impaired personnel, unless under adult supervision and guidance.
- Children are not allowed to play with the unit
