Eligibility for Returns

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product purchased from Logos Appliances. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items that have been installed, used, or modified
  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Customer Support
Before returning your item, please contact our customer support team via phone or email to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Receive a Return Authorization
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please include the RA number in your return shipment to ensure proper processing.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Shipping Costs
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Issues
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos or documentation of the damage or defect to expedite the process.

Final Sale and Clearance Items

No Returns or Exchanges
All sales on clearance or final sale items are final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
